1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern access to Store Seba's main website, accounts, dashboards, public marketplace, seller-storefront software, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, joining a business as staff, using a dashboard, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Marketplace visitors and customers agree to the sections that apply to public use.
If you use Store Seba for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Accounts and authority
- Provide accurate, current registration and business information.
- Protect account credentials, email access, verification links, and active sessions.
- Use individual accounts; do not share passwords or impersonate another person.
- Store owners are responsible for invitations, staff access, permission choices, and removing access when no longer required.
- Notify Store Seba promptly about suspected unauthorized use or security incidents.
3. The Store Seba service
Store Seba provides software for storefronts, catalogs, media, orders, pre-orders, customers, coupons, staff permissions, analytics, domains, notifications, subscription management, marketplace discovery, and related operations. Feature availability may depend on package, permissions, configuration, provider availability, and product development.
Store Seba is a platform provider. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, it is not the seller, manufacturer, payment institution, courier, warehouse, or fulfillment provider for products offered by independent businesses.
4. Packages and billing
- Active package prices, billing cycles, limits, and included features are shown on the Pricing page or in a written custom offer.
- Businesses are responsible for subscription charges, taxes, and external-provider fees disclosed for their use.
- Reaching a package limit may prevent additional products, staff, storage, or monthly activity until usage is reduced or the package changes.
- Plan changes, renewals, cancellation timing, refunds, trials, failed payments, and overdue accounts must follow the final published billing and refund rules.
- Store Seba should provide notice before a price change affects a future billing period, subject to the final commercial policy.
5. Seller responsibilities
Each seller is solely responsible for its business and customer transactions, including:
- Legal authority to operate and offer every listed product or service.
- Accurate descriptions, images, prices, inventory, availability, claims, and seller identity.
- Required licences, registrations, taxes, invoices, disclosures, and consumer information.
- Payment collection or verification, fraud decisions, delivery, fulfillment, cancellation, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer support.
- Publishing appropriate privacy, delivery, return, refund, and other customer-facing policies.
- Using customer and staff information only for legitimate, disclosed business purposes and protecting it appropriately.
- Complying with applicable laws, digital-commerce requirements, payment-provider rules, and Store Seba policies.
6. Marketplace and customers
The Store Seba marketplace helps visitors discover public seller and product information. Product-detail pages identify the seller and direct customers to that seller's storefront to buy. The purchase agreement is between the customer and seller unless Store Seba expressly states otherwise in writing.
Customers should review seller identity, product information, payment method, delivery terms, and return or refund rules before ordering. Product, order, payment, delivery, warranty, return, and refund questions should first be directed to the seller. Store Seba may assist with platform issues but does not guarantee a seller's products, statements, availability, fulfillment, or customer-service outcome.
7. Acceptable conduct
You must not use Store Seba to:
- Break the law, mislead customers, commit fraud, evade obligations, or infringe another person's rights.
- Offer illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, deceptive, restricted, or prohibited products.
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass tenant separation or permissions, probe other accounts, or disrupt the service.
- Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or automate access beyond documented and authorized use.
- Send spam, harassment, abusive content, or unauthorized marketing communications.
- Collect, expose, or misuse personal, payment, authentication, or confidential information.
A separate Acceptable Use and Prohibited Products Policy will provide more detailed rules.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant Store Seba a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service and your enabled public listings.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for product images, logos, names, descriptions, trademarks, and other uploaded content. Store Seba's software, interface, brand, documentation, and original platform materials remain protected and may not be copied or used outside the permission these terms provide.
9. Third-party services
Store Seba may depend on hosting, database, storage, email, domain, monitoring, payment, and other providers. Their services may have separate terms, fees, outages, verification requirements, and data practices. Connecting or using a third-party service authorizes the exchanges necessary for that integration. Store Seba is not responsible for a third party beyond responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Availability and changes
Store Seba aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security response, provider failures, internet conditions, misuse, or events outside reasonable control may affect access. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. Where reasonably possible, Store Seba should give notice of material changes that significantly affect active businesses.
11. Suspension and termination
Store Seba may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, unpaid charges, legal requirements, harmful conduct, prohibited products, fraud, repeated policy violations, or risk to customers, sellers, the platform, or third parties. Immediate action may be required in urgent cases. Final procedures for notice, appeal, data export, account closure, and post-termination retention require approval before launch.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Store Seba is provided on an “as available” basis. Store Seba does not make promises about a seller's identity, products, claims, inventory, transaction, delivery, warranty, refund, or business outcome merely because the seller or product appears on the platform.
Final production terms must include legally reviewed warranty exclusions, indemnity obligations, and liability rules appropriate to the final entity, packages, insurance, consumer protections, and operating jurisdictions. This draft intentionally does not invent a monetary liability cap or attempt to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Complaints and disputes
Customers should first contact the seller about a purchase. Platform, account, subscription, security, intellectual-property, or privacy issues may be submitted through the Contact page. Parties should provide relevant records and attempt good-faith resolution. The final terms must identify Store Seba's legal entity, governing law, courts or agreed dispute process, notices address, and any mandatory consumer complaint route after legal review.
14. General terms
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to the extent allowed. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without permission; Store Seba may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful reorganization or business transfer. These terms, the Privacy Policy, incorporated platform policies, package details, and any signed written agreement form the applicable agreement, subject to mandatory law.
15. Contact
Use the Contact page for questions about these terms. Final publication must add Store Seba's legal business name, registration information, address, and formal notice details.
