Store Seba Help Center
Search common questions about running a store, managing a team, or shopping from a Store Seba business.
Getting started
Choose Create store, complete registration, verify your email, and follow the onboarding checklist to add your business information, products, payment settings, and delivery settings.
No. Store settings, branding, products, domains, staff, and daily operations are managed through the Store Seba dashboard.
Prepare your store name, logo, contact details, product information, prices, inventory, delivery process, payment arrangements, and customer-facing business policies.
Yes. Owners and permitted staff can update store, contact, branding, delivery, payment, notification, and domain settings from the dashboard.
Products & catalog
Open Products in the business dashboard, choose Add product, enter its information, upload images, set pricing and inventory, then publish it when ready.
Categories organize similar products, brands identify who made them, and collections let you curate products together for a campaign, season, or storefront section.
Yes, when pre-orders are enabled for your package and product. Configure the product and review incoming requests from the Pre-orders dashboard.
Yes. A coupon can apply across the store or only to products selected by the business, subject to its dates, usage limits, and other conditions.
Orders, payments & delivery
New customer orders appear in the Orders dashboard. Permitted team members can review order details and move them through the available status actions.
No. Each seller manages inventory, payment verification, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer support for orders placed through its storefront.
Customers use the seller storefront's Track order page with the required order information. Sellers must keep order progress accurate.
Payment behavior depends on the payment option configured by the seller. Store Seba provides the software workflow, while the seller and its connected payment provider manage the transaction.
Staff & permissions
Open Staff in the owner dashboard, create an invitation, and share the secure invitation URL with the intended person. Their account is added to your staff after acceptance.
Yes. Staff menus and protected operations follow their effective permissions. Explicit denials take precedence over access that would otherwise be allowed.
Yes. Store owners can update, suspend, or remove staff access from the Staff area.
The platform data model supports memberships in different stores, but each store relationship and its permissions remain separate.
Domains & branding
A store receives a unique Store Seba subdomain, such as yourstore.storeseba.com. Local development uses the corresponding localhost subdomain.
Yes, when custom domains are included in your package. Add the domain in settings, follow the required DNS instructions, and complete verification before making it active.
Only staff with the required branding or design permission can access and change storefront branding. Owners retain full tenant access.
Available controls include the store logo, colors, typography, banners, announcement content, and other storefront presentation settings.
Packages & billing
The public Pricing page shows active packages using the same prices, limits, and features managed by Store Seba administrators.
Existing information remains in the system, but the business may need a higher package before adding more products, staff, storage, or monthly orders.
The Billing dashboard shows the current package, usage, billing cycle, invoices, payment history, and other subscription information.
Store Seba subscription charges and any fees charged by an external payment provider are separate.
Accounts & security
Use Forgot password from the login page. If the account is eligible, Store Seba sends reset instructions through the configured email service.
Email verification confirms access to the address used for the account and protects registration and recovery workflows.
No. Never send a password, one-time code, card PIN, private key, or secret API credential through contact forms or support messages.
Owners and permitted staff can use Activity logs to review supported changes and actions within the business workspace.
Marketplace customers
Products are sold by the independent business named on each listing. Store Seba provides discovery and storefront software; it is not the seller of those products.
The marketplace product page links to the seller's own storefront, where checkout and the customer relationship take place.
Contact the seller directly through its storefront information. The seller manages product accuracy, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and order support.
The seller may have changed its status, inventory, availability dates, or storefront. Visit the seller's store for the latest information.
Send the platform team a message with the relevant store, page, and operation. For product or order support, contact the seller directly.
