1. Scope and responsibilities
This policy applies to Store Seba's main website, account and business dashboards, public marketplace, contact form, and the software used to operate seller storefronts.
Store Seba operates the platform and processes information needed to provide and secure it. Independent sellers control their products, storefront content, customer relationships, orders, payments, delivery, returns, and support. When you buy from a seller, that business also decides how it uses information needed to complete and support your order.
2. Information we process
Account information
Name, email address, password hash, email-verification and password-recovery records, roles, sessions, and account-security events.
Business information
Store name, description, category, contact details, domain settings, subscription information, branding, and operational preferences.
Staff information
Invitations, memberships, roles, permissions, status, and supported activity-log records.
Catalog and media
Products, prices, inventory, descriptions, categories, brands, collections, coupons, images, and uploaded-media metadata.
Customer and order information
Customer contact and delivery details, cart and order contents, order status, tracking information, and seller-support context.
Payment information
Gateway selection, transaction references, verification status, amount, currency, and related order or subscription records. Do not provide card PINs, passwords, or one-time codes.
Technical information
Request identifiers, IP-related security information, browser or device information, timestamps, host resolution, rate-limit records, and diagnostic logs.
Messages and requests
Contact-form messages, privacy requests, support context, and correspondence you choose to provide.
3. How information is used
- Create and secure accounts, sessions, stores, and staff memberships.
- Provide storefronts, marketplace discovery, product management, checkout, order tracking, subscriptions, and dashboards.
- Process invitations, verification, password recovery, notifications, and requested communications.
- Help sellers manage customers, orders, payments, delivery, and support.
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Diagnose failures, maintain records, improve the service, enforce rules, and respond to legal or privacy requests.
6. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable requirements. Before launch, Store Seba should approve a detailed retention schedule covering accounts, orders, payments, logs, contact messages, backups, and deleted stores.
7. Security
Current measures include password hashing, secure sessions, email verification, rate limiting, tenant separation, permissions, restricted database functions, activity records, and production-environment validation.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your email, limit staff permissions, remove unused access, and report suspected unauthorized activity.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on your relationship with Store Seba and applicable requirements, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or receive information about personal data associated with you. Customers should first contact the seller for order information controlled by that business.
Use the Contact page and choose Privacy request. Store Seba may verify identity and authority first. Some information may remain where necessary for security, transactions, disputes, backups, or legal obligations.
9. Children
Store Seba business accounts are not intended to be operated by children. Sellers are responsible for appropriate products, content, customer interactions, and data practices. Contact Store Seba if you believe a child's information was submitted improperly.
10. Policy changes
This policy may change as Store Seba adds features, providers, markets, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated, with additional notice when a change materially affects information handling.
11. Contact us
For privacy questions, choose Privacy request on the Contact page. Final publication must also add the legal business name, registered address, and dedicated privacy contact details.
