Marketplace participation requires accurate, current, public information. Do not keyword-stuff listings, duplicate products deceptively, misuse categories or brands, redirect customers to unsafe destinations, imitate another seller, or attempt to unfairly influence discovery. Store Seba may remove marketplace visibility while leaving other account functions available.
11. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations through the Contact page and include relevant URLs, store or product details, order references, and supporting evidence. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports.
Store Seba may investigate, preserve records, request information, hide content, limit features, cancel marketplace visibility, suspend access, terminate accounts, or refer a matter to providers or lawful authorities. The response will consider severity, urgency, history, intent, customer harm, legal duties, and platform risk. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent harm.

Where appropriate, Store Seba may explain the issue and allow correction. A person affected by an enforcement decision may request review through the Contact page with the decision details and supporting evidence. The final production policy must define appeal eligibility, submission periods, review authority, response targets, and reinstatement criteria.
13. Contact
To report abuse, ask whether an activity is permitted, or request review of a decision, contact Store Seba and provide enough detail for a fair assessment.
